Starting April 15th, we will begin our ongoing seasonal community garden evenings. We will meet every Wednesday, except on the second Wednesday of each month, when we will be taking a “field trip “to the Farmer’s Social at Big B’s to connect with the greater agricultural community. If you wish, please join us! The Farmer’s Social is presented by the Valley Organic Growers Association (VOGA), and hosted at Big B’s Orchards from 5-8pm every second Wednesday from May 13th to November 11th.

These evenings are for us to gather, connect, and develop our relationship to the land and each other. We always have potluck-style food sharing. Sometimes we may simply be weeding and mulching, while at other times we may have a theme, or someone may have an educational offering. Our garden evenings at Mariposa are from 5:00 -7:30 pm. Come for as little or as much as you wish. We so look forward to having fun with you!
